Annual Support
Annual support is automatically included when you purchase any of our software products. This means that you can contact us right away when you need help or advice. We even have a toll free telephone number for customers in 18 Caribbean territories. Annual support is renewable on the first day of January in every subsequent year. If you opt out of the support plan we reserve the right to charge for on-site visits, telephone support and any additional customised reports.
Software Updates
We constantly update our software products to keep pace with new changes in the software industry. This means that even if your purchased your software recently, there may already be several program updates which you do not have. Updates are free, although customers outside of Barbados have to pay for delivery. All you have to do is contact us and ask for the latest program update.
Software Upgrade
A program upgrade means that a new version has been released. Upgrades are NOT FREE. Whether you decide to upgrade to the latest version or keep your current version, our support policy remains the same, and we will continue to offer support to you.
