Invoices - The QuickSale invoicing screen offers a wide variety of features plus the flexibility of allowing you to disable fields which you don't need and presetting fields which never change. These features can be used to minimise the number of keystrokes or data entry time required to prepare an invoice, therefore reducing dispatch time at the cashier. Invoice No., Invoice Type (Invoice/Credit) , Date, Customer, Contact, Reference, Order No., Delivery Address, Salesperson, Location, Cashier Name, Sales, Discount, Tax, Total, Paid, Balance, Change. Invoice details include Item Code, Bar Code, Quantity, Unit, Description, Gross, Discount, Tax, Unit Price, Total. Display of available quantity of each item at each location. Ability to apply payments using more than one payment method. Choice of invoice print style. Pole display option. Ability to reprint invoices. Branch ID display and till number display.

Export/Import - QuickSale allows you to work with multiple branches. A typical example would be a head office where the main database is stored, plus two branches where items are sold. The head office sets up QuickSale and exports records such as items, prices and customer information to the two branches. At the end of each day the branches export their inventory, sales and payment transactions and send the export files to the head office, where the data is imported to update head office records. |
